Finland Traitement de l'information: Finlande
The Finnish Consumer Ombudsman appreciates hearing about your complaint. Your information will be used to spot new trends and uncover new scams. Because the Internet marketplace is a borderless one, sharing your complaint with government agencies in different countries has never been more important.

The Consumer Ombudsman does not handle matters on the basis of complaints sent to the econsumer database but monitors the development of Internet commerce and works together with officials in other countries as necessary. For this reason it is important that you also notify Finland's Consumer Ombudsman.

The Consumer Ombudsman's possibilities to deal with consumer problems in Internet commerce depend on where the merchant operates.
