International Directory of ADR's
In this directory, you will find a list of providers of ADR services that may help you resolve your cross-border dispute.
Things you should know:
- Some of these providers may charge a small fee for their services.
- Each of these ADR providers has certified their compliance with the ADR Guidelines approved by the Global Business Dialogue in E-Commerce and negotiated with Consumers International.
- You should note, however, that econsumer.gov members do not endorse any of these providers. When selecting a provider from this directory, you should exercise the same care you apply when dealing with any other Web site or distance seller. If you have any problem with any of these providers, please file a complaint with our site.
- You should also note that in certain countries competent government agencies may not intervene against a trader as long as a consumer is trying to resolve a complaint through an ADR provider.
