FEDERAL OFFICE OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS In México we have the Federal Law of Consumer Protection which allows the Federal Office of Consumer Affairs to promote and protect the consumer rights, through the General Direction of Complaints and Conciliation you can formulate your complaints personally or through the internet, against suppliers and services providers whose addresses are in México, because the failure of the goods or contracted services. In order to do this, we need you to provide us your name, address, phone, postal code, e-mail or any other way to be able to contact you; also, the supplier or service provider information, and a brief description of your complaint indicating what you are requesting or main pretension, in order to initiate the procedure and solve your claim. This Office has the e-mail address quejas@profeco.gob.mx in order to receive yor claims, comments, consultants and to keep in touch about your issue.
