Latvia appreciates hearing about your complaint. It will be accessible to our Consumer Rights Protection Centre and it’s regional offices. They will use the information you provide to spot new trends, uncover new scams, and target suspect companies and individuals for law enforcement actions. It may help ensure that others won’t be victimized in the way you have been. Because the Internet marketplace is a borderless one, sharing your complaint with government agencies in different countries has never been more important to help us in our worldwide fight to keep the Internet safe for you.

Submitting your complaint to this system WILL NOT trigger an obligation for us to investigate your complaint on your behalf.
