Australia appreciates hearing about your complaint.  It will be accessible to our Competition and Consumer Commission, our federal Consumer Affairs Division, and our local Fair Trading agencies.  They will use the information to spot new trends, uncover new scams, and target suspect companies and individuals for law enforcement actions.  It may help to ensure that others are not victimized in the way that you have been.  Because the Internet marketplace is borderless, sharing your complaint with government agencies in different countries has never been more important to help us in our worldwide fight to keep the Internet safe for you.

Submitting a complaint to this system WILL NOT trigger an obligation for us to investigate your complaint on your behalf.

If you would like for us to investigate your individual complaint, you must submit your complaint via e-mail to infocentre@accc.gov.au.
